Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 September 2026
Cynaptic Technologies, LLC ("we", "us") runs this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, who else touches it, and how to get it removed. It is short because the site does very little.
What we don't do
We set no cookies. We run no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. We store nothing in your browser. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell a third party that you visited. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
What we collect
The contact form. If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, company, and message you type. That is the only information the form asks for, and it is used to reply to you and to carry on any conversation that follows.
Server logs. Our host records ordinary web server logs, including IP address, browser user-agent, and the time of each request. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
Who processes it
- Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Your message passes through their systems on the way to us. See their privacy policy.
- DigitalOcean hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
- Our email provider stores the resulting message the same way it stores any other email we receive.
We do not send your information anywhere else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we are in contact and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will. Server logs are retained on our host's ordinary schedule.
Your choices
Email [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EEA or UK you have these rights under the GDPR, and if you are in California you have them under the CCPA as amended — but we will honour the request wherever you live, because it is a small amount of email and the right thing to do. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We do not track visitors across websites or over time, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off, and we treat every visitor as though the signal were on. California law asks us to say how we respond to DNT, and that is our answer.
No third party collects personally identifiable information about your online activities on this site, or follows you from here to other sites. We run no advertising or analytics services, and we host our own fonts precisely so that loading a page does not hand your visit to anyone else.
Children
This site sells professional services to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described at the top of this page.
